Board of Directors
The business and affairs of the HOA are managed by a Board of Directors. Community bylaws state that we must have a minimum of 3 members and they are not required to be members of the Association. Any direct must be a natural person who is 18 years or older.
Currently, the Board is occupied by 3 members who live in the neighborhood: Aziz Dhrif, Daniel McAlonan, and Shai Patel. You can contact them by using the sites Contact Page.
Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is the only mandatory committee required by our neighborhood bylaws. This committee is tasked with reviewing and approving all Modification Requests submitted by residents.
